Let me state here, for the record yet again, that I HATE double page spreads. HATE HATE HATE them! From a production standpoint they suck so incredibly bad it’s just not even funny. You gotta make sure they start and end on facing pages because hey duh, if they don’t the whole thing really doesn’t work, huh? Then you gotta use a completely different technique to line them up, lay them out, letter them, and export them for print. Pain in the ass all the way down the line. Of course, I wasn’t thinking that when I wrote this, I was thinking ‘man we need the mother of all explosions!’ Boy did we get that!

And yeah, that’s the last double page spread you’re ever gonna see from my comics if I can help it. But damn, what a cool spread!
