Recently about an hour outside of NYC in Somerset, NJ the Fifth (annual?) Wicked Winter Renaissance Faire took place February 19th-21st. Filled with vendors and performances that included fire acts, burlesque, music and leather and chains... lots of leather and chains. Oh did I mention corsets... yeah they were huge. This year's theme was "The Mad Tea Party" - most of the faire goers took that theme to heart - as there were many 6 foot fall bunnies running around as if they were late for a very important date... sadly none were named Harvey. I only was able to make it for a day, but it was well with the trip - I recommend it if you're in the tri-state area...
