Pickle Press to Premiere 2 New Books at Horror Hound Indy!
Nik Havert, the big cheese of Pickle Press, will premiere his two newest indie comics at Horror Hound Weekend in Indianapolis March 26-28th (www.horrorhoundweekend.com)! Available there for the first time will be Agent Z #2 and the Mysteria's Mansion 2010 Annual.
Agent Z #2 continues the story of Zachary Ash - the EPA who seemingly can't be killed - as he and his partner continue their investigation of illegal toxic waste dumping. It features the great art of Argentinian art sensation Federico "Fed" Zumel, inks by Chuck Bordell, color covers by Mike Indovina, and a script by Nik.
The Mysteria's Mansion 2010 Annual is Pickle Press' tribute to Bronze Age horror comics. It's 40 pages of glorious full-color horror hosted by the lovely Mysteria. It's chock-full of great art from Tim Vigil, Bill Messner-Loebs, Alberto Aprea, Jamie Hood, Chris Herndon, and Uko Smith. Nik will also have prints of Mysteria pin-ups for sale by the artists who drew all the stories in the book!
