Rockin' Comics Returns!Comic Books and Vikings (01:12:44)
We're back, well, half of us are back this week any way. Aimee is out this week so I've called upon Colby from G-Mart Comics here in Champaign to lend a hand today. It's always cool to have Colby in to talk comics because he brings the perspective of not just a fan, but someone who's on the business side of comics to the conversation. And this week, we conversate a lot. We play a bit with the format as well. We start off with a "Newsy" kind of thing and discuss the departure of Rob Liefeld from DC. We then move on to comics... some of mine, some of his. Now normally we'd do an Aimee's Awesome, but this week we get a Colby's Colossal Comic (seriously, this thing is huge). And we wrap up with an interview with Andrew Valkauskas. He's the guy behind the roleplaying game Fate of the Norns. Fate of the Norns was one of two RPG's I was able to sit down and play at GenCon this past weekend. And I dug it. He's got a Kickstarter going for his game so I thought we'd give him some love.
