Kav's Tips for Comic Artists - Modern Inking on a Classic

Comic book artist, A. Kaviraj, continues his op/ed series of providing useful tutorials for comic book artists.
Today we look at some Curt Swan panels redrawn with spotting of blacks to show the dramatic difference facial shadows give. Notice the dramatic effect.
Also, the redraws were done at actual comic book size so the detail is not as tight as the reduced art in the comic page.
