PULPED! is a Podcast dedicated to the creators and fans of New Pulp! New Pulp, heroic fiction by modern artists written with the sensibility and in the tradition of the Pulp genre! Pulp creators Barry Reese, Derrick Ferguson, Ron Fortier, and Tommy Hancock are the helmsen of this venture and will bring New Pulp discussion, guests, debates, news, and even New Pulp's very own spokesperson, The Pulptress, to PULPED! each week!
This week, Tommy Hancock rides the host chair solo, but also is a guest along with Matt Moring, founder and publisher of Altus Press. Together, these two Pulp enthusiasts and Publishers announce PULP OBSCURA, a daring project involving Pro Se producing New Pulp volumes of tales in conjunction with Altus Press putting out reprints of the classic stories featuring the same characters. Listen as they talk about Altus Press, how Pulp Obscura came about, and the first Pulp Obscura release, THE NEW ADVENTURES OF RICHARD KNIGHT! Listen about future plans and great work still to come!
