Meet Sarah Elkins aka Neila. Neila loves comics, writing, drawing, coloring, just overall Making comics. It's a passion. Here's a little about her and her art. She's been working in comics since 2008 as an assistant. In her spare time she cobbles together a graphic novel she plans to have online by the end of this July.
