1) What's the book, Bill?

Sovereign is the story of an archaeological student that finds a probe from a long dead alien race and accidentally activates it, gaining Hypernormal abilities and an alien thought pattern in the process. The story follows Sovereign as he struggles to maintain his humanity and gain control of his newfound abilities.

2) Where can we get it and how much is it?

Sovereign can be purchased in comic shops throughout Louisville, KY and online at www.indyplanet.com or www.dice-online.tk, the issues run $3.50 to $3.99

3) What's Really Cool about this book?

This book is a dream come true for its creators, and is the culmination of years of research and work. This is the ground floor, and the readers can grow with the character, and hopefully re-capture some of what it felt like being a kid and wearing a towel pretending to fly.

4) What did you enjoy about working on this?

Aside from the obvious thrill of seeing the project come to life, it's the fact that in some small way we have a say in the comics industry now. Dream In Color Entertainment doesn't do the overly-dramatized, photo-real and referenced/traced, written-for-the-trade, crossover event books that are currently the standard. We are bringing classic comic storytelling to the table with modern sensibilities.

5) What's next for you?

Dream In Color Entertainment will be wrapping up the first Sovereign series in a few months, and spinning a new series Trinity Ops from that. After that we have a few other projects on the table, including a return to our flagship title, Sovereign.
