Life In Four Colors
Gem City Countdown Part Three

It's official. Springfield Ohio artist extraordinaire, Chris Metzger, will be providing the cover artwork for the program of Gem City Comic Con 2009.

Chris (pictured above with Gem City promoters Jesse Noble to his right and Bill Thade to his left) seems poised to have a banner year as for getting his artwork out to the masses. Not only has he managed to secure the position of cover artist for this gig, his art has been gathering a huge following at the Main Street Comics and Games store in Springfield Ohio.

Other projects that Chris is involved with include doing the cover art for the Book of Noheim which will be available through Wild Wolf Entertainment VERY SOON...

...developing concept art for the animated series Tiki Samurai, and doing artwork for the upcoming Jack the Rabbit novels, Shining Comics, and Wicked Tales.

I've known Chris for the better part of two decades now and I'm very happy to see him finally break out of his shell and become the creative force that I always knew he could be.

Chris will be attending the Gem City show pretty much all day Sunday April 5th, but as a buyer of all things Comic Related. He won't have a table, but NEXT year....the sky could be the limit.

If you see him at the con....feel free to talk to him. He's a great guy, and a proud member of the ever growing family here at Comic Related.

Prints of his Book of Noheim cover will be available at the Comic Related table.

See you at the show!!!!
